You can see Scratchcards listed on the top menu of our site after logging in. If you don’t see Scratchcards in the site menu, it is because Scratchcards are not available in your jurisdiction due to regulatory reasons.
Can I try out Scratchcards for free?
Yes! You can experience all the fun of playing the games in a demo mode. All you have to do is go to the page of the Scratchcard you’d like to try out and click "Play Demo" in the upper right corner. You’ll see how exciting the game is, although you will not win any real prizes. When you’re ready, play Scratchcards for the real thrills and a chance at instant wins!
Where can I find additional information about each Scratchcard?
Click each Scratchcard to see information about the game's features; return to player rate; pay table; the odds of winning, and how much you could win playing that Scratchcard.
Where can I see how many Scratchcards I have left to play?
The full list of the games available to play is displayed on the main Scratchcards page. If you have not played all the Scratchcards you purchased, a line indicating your remaining games will appear under those Scratchcards.
In addition, you can click My Account to see a summary of your Scratchcards.
Select the Scratchcards tab and the next screen will show you a summary of all the Scratchcards you purchased. The details displayed include the number of Scratchcard games purchased, the date of each purchase, and the total amount of wins per purchase. In the last column to the right you will see the status of each purchase. The number of Scratchcards you have left to play for each game will be listed there.
Each transaction line in the Scratchcard summary opens to a screen showing the status of that purchase including a Play button allowing you to play your remaining Scratchcards.
How do I receive my Scratchcard winnings?
Your winnings are transferred to your account after any Scratchcard win. The winnings are included in your balance in My Account and listed on the line of the relevant Scratchcard you purchased. You can use your winnings to purchase additional Scratchcards, for future participation in lottery draws, or you can choose to withdraw them. Winnings that surpass US$50,000 will be paid out to you in US$10,000 monthly instalments.
