For the purpose of all Promotions, the promoter is the operator of the site, as defined in our Terms of Use.
Participation in a Promotion represents your acceptance of these Promotional Terms and Conditions as well as our general Terms of Use, specifically the terms relating to Promotions (section 10).
It is your responsibility to ensure that you have read and understood these Terms before taking part in any Promotion.
Only players who (i) are over the age of eighteen (18) or the applicable legal age in the players’ home country; (ii) have registered an Account; and (iii) received the promotional offer are eligible for the promotion (the "Promotion").
You are eligible for the Promotion from the moment you received the offer and until the end date of the promotional period as listed in the offer (“the Promotion Period”).
Any Promotion is limited to one per player, per qualifying period, unless specified otherwise.
We reserve the right to close any accounts and confiscate all play bonuses, winnings and/or any balances should we, after due investigation, suspect that you have breached the preceding term by opening more than one account.
In order to participate in the Promotion, you must purchase your entries in the game listed according to the rules of the Promotion. To make sure you're eligible for the promotion, please follow the link provided to you in the offer.
Players who have received two promotional offers for the same lottery will benefit from the better offer. There are no double discounts on ticket purchases.
We reserve the right to cancel/amend the Promotion at any time and without any notice. Any amendment or withdrawal of a Promotion will not affect any rights you have accrued prior to such amendment or withdrawal.

Different Types of Promotions

Discount Promotion. A Discount is a deduction from the usual cost of the games and such Promotion gives you the opportunity to purchase entries for the games specified in the offer at a discounted price. Discounts may vary between 1-99 percent of the standard cost of participation. You must purchase at least one entry to qualify for the Discount, unless specified otherwise.
Cashback Promotion. A Cashback offer allows you to purchase entries for the games specified in the Promotion and receive a percentage of the purchase amount back in the form of a refund to your account, irrespective of the entries being winning entries or not. The Cashback refund will be paid in the form of Bonus Money and will be credited to your account immediately after the entry is purchased. The use of Bonus Money is subject to terms as specified in section 8 of our general Terms of Use.
Subscription Promotion. When entering a Subscription Promotion, you will automatically participate in a specific lottery on a periodic basis and receive every x^th entry (as specified in the offer) for the applicable lottery for free.
Multi-draw Promotion. When entering a Multi-Draw Promotion, you will enter into 5, 10, 15, 25 or 52 consecutive draws, at a discounted price. Discounts vary, but you could save up to 25% of the standard cost of participation.
Multiplier Promotion. A Multiplier is an add-on feature that may potentially increase your non-jackpot winnings by 2, 3, 4 or 5 times, depending on the selected Multiplier and draw. When entering a Multiplier Promotion, you will add the multiplier feature to your entry, at a discounted price. Discounts vary between 10-50 percent of the standard cost of the Multiplier.
